SO WHAT IS IT?

A 3 hours experiential workshop which includes an exploration of what holds us, how to let go of it, our hidden abilities and how to contact them, AND… a walk, bare feet, over broken glass (walking is absolutely optional, all participants who have chosen not to walk have described how watching others walk have had a profound effect on them).

Many participants reckon the experience has changed their lives, sometimes in a very subtle way, giving them more mental strength, more joy, opening them to the opportunities that surround us all the time but which we sometimes are blind to.

HOW DOES IT WORK - HOW CAN WE BENEFIT?

Your beliefs have more power in holding you back than anything else. Ultimately, our reality is created in our mind. A slight mind shift opens to most solutions to our problems. The aim of this experience is to create that shift, opening a whole new world of possibilities and opportunities.
